How can I do this?

I have Speedfan... Here's a picture... What voltages should I be looking at, Which are the most important ones?

The +12V should be around, well, 12V, and the vCore should also be pretty stable as well. I don't think you can look at them both at the same time...they'll both just look like little squiggles.

Those look OK, what are the 3.3V and 5V rails running at? It would also be worth running memtest to check whether faulty RAM is your problem.

I guess thats good, so you don't think the power supply is faulty? Is there a way to keep a log of speedfan charts, as it sometimes does it in a game?

The 3.3V rail looks fine as well. Yes, speedfan has a logging facility and it wouldn't be a bad idea to check the rails under load. The help file has more information, but basically you need to go to Configure -> Log -> Enabled, and then select the Temperatures and Voltages to be logged.
