You have got to be more careful than that. Don't just trust a site because it looks cool and says its the best, most amazing, an so forth.....
I agree with voyagerfan99, and dude if you were using Firefox with Web-of-Trust add on you would have known that site was bad. The WoT review shows that site as all red (Very bad). See the review page for yourself here:

My fiancee and I also use noScript. It prevents all java scripts from running without you ok'ing them to run. It stops a LOT of garbage from even showing up. It takes a few days to get used to how it works, but its not that hard. My fiancee recently added this to firefox on her computer, and she isn't that web savvy but she figured it out in a day.

BetterPrivacy protects against new types of cookies from staying on your computer. It does what it says it will.

Web-of-Trust shows a small colored ring next to your search results. It indicates sites which have been found to be dangerous, malicious, etc... You can also set the add-on to warn you of other types of sites. Its good, it works, and if you had it a few days ago you would have known that "I-Hate-Keyloggers" is a malicious site.
