I have a problem

Sounds like it could be your hard drive... try downloading seatools and running a "long generic" drive test, even though the software is seagate it should work on a western digital drive. If it errors your problem could be hard drive.

Ok the computer just did it again and i got 2 different mess. the 2 times i try'd booting up

1. Boot manager missing
2. The file is possibly corrupt, filer header checksum does not match the computed checksum
3. booted up fine

Do you have another drive you can try in this machine with a fresh OS install?

Also, between boot tries, are you powering off completely?

Try installing the OS to your other drive. Replace the one you have in there currently with this spare. In other words, keep the setup identical, just swap drives (important).

Since you have mentioned that you have performed several full disk scans successfully, I don't doubt that the platters are fine. I am wondering if the drive motors are dying on you. There is more than one way for a drive to fail. ;)

Let's eliminate the possibility of a bad drive all together first. Let me know if you experience the same glitches with the other drive.
