im getting so many suggestions, not to waste on upgrades... i gotta open my ears here...
Fine then, Apparently upgrading my pc wont work so well, a new PC is the best solution.

So can someone recommend me low budget, GOOD PC that can run recent games in high resolution.

NEW: I'm going to have to lower my budget. 500-750$. I'm looking for a cpu capable of running most of the games in a decent high resolution. Please any recommendation or help is welcome.
I'm only looking for a PC without other hardwares.I have monitor,speakers,etc...don't recommend me pieces for me to built them. Thanks.

Yeah, I agree with Metallica17 - I know you don't want to spend $2,000 or so, but in this day and age, you can build a nice system for under $1,200 - the system in my sig cost me around $1,000 excluding the monitor.

Gettin a new pc is kind of impossible atm... Maybe i can exchange Processor with my brother pc?

PSU is power supply. But if you can tell me the name of your motherboard I can tell you if you can switch the processors out.
 
If you're seriously strapped for cash at the moment and can't afford to build a new PC, the obvious thing to do would be to save :P But if you're still wanting to play games and whatnot, then yes, the 4850 is a very nice card for the price. A single card can max out Crysis and even some newer games.

You're going to want a new PSU because the one in your computer already is A) possibly not enough to run the card and B) going to be a piece of crap PSU to begin with.

No, you cannot swap CPUs from that other computer because yours is Intel and the other one's AMD - they're two different manufacturers that require two different sockets on the motherboard for fitment.

No it won't work. They are completely different brands like philaaay already stated. Sorry man. The next best thing is the video card that he gave you a link to. And also yes get the power supply which is the same thing as a PSU that philaaay gave a link to.

ok i see. What if I get the graphic card i put the link there, the PSU phily recommended, and i get a new processor, from the E6000 series(any recommendation)
Will that improve my gaming? Will I be able to play games higher resolution?
 
Can you tell me what socket your motherboard is? If you give me the name of your motherboard I can do that for you. It'll be something like ASUS and then some jumble of letters and numbers. And if you give me that information, I can set you up.

sorry, can't switch amd and intel's, for a plethora of reasons, first one being socket is different.

to upgrade, get a decent pci video card and the best processor for your socket (you'll probably have to buy the cpu used)

in all honesty, you're not going to get a very good gaming experience out of this machine, and metallica is right in saying don't waste money upgrading, save for a new machine.

my budget is below 1500$
Im looking for a pc capable of running almost every game in almost max out resolution.(i dont want to be so picky)

With G965/ P965 chipset, you could upgrade to C2D/ C2Q CPU with a decent Video card and PSU. That would make a decent machine.

On the other hand, if you want new PC, I suggest you go to company like ibuypower/ cyberpowerPC to have a look. better choice than Dell.
