If I Upgrade Processor, Do I Need To Buy New Windows 7 OS?

Hey thanks. I was just thinking this over and maybe i should wait. I feel like if i buy this then 8 cores will become mainstream. I'm going to wait a little longer. Maybe 2014 will be the right time.

For current Intel do not have 8 core for gaming. That is only Xeon server have 8 core this years. But there is rumor that will have 8 core i7.
