You have to realize there aren't many members here anymore that visit the forum regularly. Most of your issues are self inflicted because of you still using XP. Most of us don't even deal with XP anymore even if we repair pc's on the side. I've included a google search link that you can look at the articles listed. It may or may not help you. This thread is almost a month old with still no resolution, so if we haven't helped you then most likely you won't find your answer here.
