Apparently you didn't notice the question mark at the end of my sentence.?
I don't know for sure, I was kind of asking.
Doesn't it make sense that you can only get so much electricity and data
through "X" amount of pins?
Apparently you think the AM3 socket will eventually compete with Nehalem.?
Hum, A statement with a question mark?
Dont think the amount of pins are a issue since they removed 2 for AM3.
Never said anything about socket AM3 or Nehalem, was talking about socket AM2+.
But come to think about it. If Intel wasnt using (AMD) licence for Monolith dual and Quad core, onboard memory controller, AMD 64bit instructions. I would have a Phenom II and you would be using a 32bit P4 with Netburst. With Intels billions there research and development sucks.
I would not give Intel money if the Nehalem could make my Wife shutup!
