I'd use the Gigabyte DS3R P35 board if your not planning on going Sli or Crossfire.

PC parts come out ALL the time, I was going to wait, and hold out for the 9800 GTX's, but I bought from EVGA so I am using the step up program when they come out.

I've built four Im not waiting so that i can get better parts, im waiting so i can get cheaper parts.....HUGE difference.
