Is there any hope to this HDD? (look the log error)

A friend sent me a H Buster Notebook to do maintenance and his HDD is failing according S.M.A.R.T. (status BAD)...
Using Hiren's boot CD I found Parted Magic tool and it gave me this log file:
(I wanna know if there is any way to fix it).

Fixing a failing hard-drive is not going to happen, back up the stuff you can and replace.

No, once a drive fails the smart test, you need to replace it. There is nothing to fix unless you are a professional and have the proper tools and environment to fix the drive.
