Yeah thats the one

I just built a new system and im trying to boot it for the first time and it powers on for one sec then flicks back off with 1 beep

Try booting with only one stick of RAM in the first designated spot.

If that fails, try the other stick in the same slot.

There's also an EDIT button on your previous posts, so you don't
