kaspersky internet security 2012 and virtual keyboard

Does not work on wife's computer anymore. Uninstalled and deleted all occurrence of including directory. Rebooted and reinstalled.
same problem. Any thoughts?
Yes, worked before.
 
What do you mean by Kaspersky doesn't work? Does it install correctly? What happens when you open it up?
 
have Kaspersky internet Security for 5 computers. My wife has it. 3 yrs subscription. The Virtual keyboard with Kaspersky does not work. Uses it for passwords. XP pro did not support it. Always worked before. Works on the others and mine. XP pro and 7 pro.
Uninstalled like mentioned. deleted all occurrence of it. New installation and the virus program works fine. Everything works fine. Can not use the virtual keyboard for passwords with Kaspersky. She's on the line now. Been disconnected once. Waiting another 15 mins and suggested give the number in case of disconnect.
Only way i can explain it. thought maybe John someone experienced the problem.
Just hoping.
this will be my job. in the end.
 
well they said update to explorer. Didn't think that was it.
Always worked also with firefox just fine and still does.
Updated Explorer. no diff. Now im curious.
Suggestions?
 
Not really sure. So your saying you can't enter passwords at different websites with the virtual keyboard or kaspersky password? Post is kinda confusing.
 
Kasperksy keyboard does nothing with explorer, does not work at all. Only firefox.
Any site works with firefox. tried many times. Always did work in the past with Explorer and the older ver.
