Laptop for gamign.

The m8600GT is the equivalent if the 7600GT Go. The 7950 is much better if you don't mind a bad battery life. Also if you can look at Rock Direct for laptops.

The 8600GT is a decent laptop video card, and it does support DX10 which is a plus. Although it's not considered a high end graphics card.

oh ok on TRF there like no get the 7950GTX how can that be faster!!! it's a shader model 3 DX9 card
Sounds like you're getting confused with nVidia's modeling scheme. The higher the model number, the better, but only when comparing cards in the same class (ie. comparing the 7600GT to the 7900GTX, not a 7950GTX to an 8600GT).

The 7950GTX is a MUCH better card then the 8600GT.

Thats a great laptop, it has a fast processor, lots of RAM, and the 8700GT is a pretty good gaming card, but still no where near as good as the 7950GTX.

How come?

A 8700M Is a Shader model 4 DX10 card while the 7950GTX is a Shader model 3 DX9 card;)
