Looking for a new processor

the 3.0 one has 1gz more but I heard the black edition 1 (3.1) is better for gaming because of some features it has (forgot them)

I have the 3.1 ghz version that you are talking about and I love it

Shouldnt be a big diff compared to the diff one anyway
