thanks for the reply, ok, sorry for not using the right terminology if i spoof the mac address, would it go back to normal after reboot?
If you replace the NIC you can change the MAC address though.

While it's true, I would imagine most people who want to change their MAC want to change it to something specificHA! I was simply pointing out there is a possible way of changing the MAC address tied to your computer.![]()

Sometimes you actually use legit mac cloning on your home network
