Motherboard and CPU for Build

Hey!
I'm making a build for my 1st customer. He's on a budget, so I found a list of parts used by a youtuber and they looked real nice for his budget.

OD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106328
RAM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231098
GPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125095
CASE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811208005
(and 2 120mm fans) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811998122

I have to find a CPU and a motherboard, but the one's he used are not on NewEgg or Google. The YouTuber used an Intel E4500 2.2GHz Dual-Core and a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L mobo. Can you find me some substitutes? And if some of the parts I'm using are really bad, just tell me a replacement, but please don't go too far out of price range.

Why listen to someone off youtube? What kind of overall budget are you looking at. For starters i see a pretty crappy case/psu, horrible gpu, 2gb memory...

The guy has like 600$ to spend, but I need like 75-125$ pay + shipping to him.

THIS LINE USED TO BE ILLEGAL, BUT NOW IT'S NOT, SO EVERYTHING IS OKAY

Would it not be easier to say $500 then?

As far as the OS is concerned, thats illegal, and cannot be discussed here. You would need something such as this: (And you cannot keep the os key or CD, it is the property of the computers owner)

You're selling systems but need help on specs?.. o_O

You could give your "customer" Windows 7 RC, which to my knowledge is free to download from MS, or no operating system

This is just weak.

Charging someone to build a pc, and you can't even choose a mobo/cpu?

I don't even want to know what you were planning with the OS...

I reported your signature also.

Btw, I can't believe you have a website advertising that you can build computers,
when you can't even choose a simple mobo/cpu... I feel sorry for your customers. Or should I say victims.

I felt the same but didnt want to violate the rules with my sentiment, but suffice to say I'd never buy from someone who's so disorganized and such a novice that he needs to ask other people about specs, I wonder if he'd even build this system

Not to mention charging 125$ on a 600$ computer is a ripoff, a real tech would charge 40-50 tops considering the price range
