I duno, 6850 isn't that bad either, plus its near 100 dollars cheaper, but don't count on this card running on high on games that are FPS.
Or you can try a set up for Gtx 550 TI Sli apparently I hear its pretty neat for its price. SLI meaning x2 of the graphic card, so you will have to buy 2 of these cards, which will bring you little over $200, cheaper then gtx 560ti, and better than gtx 560ti, which is the one I have.

These are very good Coolers In my opinion, so far I only have used them for 1 day, I just got them yesterday. My i5 3570k was running on 50c+ on just surfing the web, now its running on 31c.
I have not tried gaming yet, but the cpu used to run at +77C which is pretty hot, now I will have to test how this baby will do it now. I ll let you know the reviews
Power Supply
Yes the Tx750 what he recommended is great for its price, $89 after mail in rebate, great deal, Also since its SLI ready also it will go great with 550gtx ti SLI if you choose to go for that combo, and the 750w will be great for future upgrades to stronger graphic card
Ram
