Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

5 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

Looks like your processor is to blame here. Can you list what your specs are as far as motherboard, processor, ram, video card, Power supply, etc...

How are the cpu temps? Do you have a temperature monitoring program installed such as core temp or real temp?

Sorry I don't have time to post the program needed for this. Download the Nvidia driver removal tool and download the newest driver and install it. This means uninstalling everything that has to do with your graphics card. (Physx, Nvidia 3d vision driver, Nvidia Geforce experience) You should be able to see everything dealing with Nvidia in your 'Programs and features' tab. Just from searching the internet I have seen a few places where the Stop Code 0x00000101 deals with the Nvidia drivers. There is also issues with the Asus AI Suite on some systems that is bringing up the CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT error. Also could try resetting the BIOS.

I would say try updating the bios. You will have to lookup your exact model number of toshiba laptop to see if there is a bios update available. Did you download any software for overclocking? If so, this may be causing the problem as well. Try uninstalling it if you did.

My blue screen problem was resolved by downloading the latest NVIDIA GeForce drivers and updates.
Thanks everyone for your help!!
