Take a look at the Lanboy Air, people either love it or hate it. I took the chance with it and I'm extremely happy with the airflow and space for cable management. I've always been partial to bottom mounted PSU's but unfortunately the cables on my PSU were a tad short for comfort so I re-arranged it to have the PSU at the top. I also moved the DVD burner all the way to the bottom on the front since I keep my comp on my desk.
One thing I was a bit nervous about was that all the fans on this case point inward to create Positive Pressure which I wasn't to sure about, but when I put my hand next to the case I can actually feel the air coming out pretty strong. My MB temp has never gone above 26ºC and my CPU stays low 30's idle and mid to high 40's under load OC'd at 4GHz.
The 5 stock fans that come with it are enough, and there's room for a total of 15 120mm fans. The potential for custimization is why I bought it, not to mention it looks sweet
