The Celeron D is already dual core. To be honest im not sure you could get a faster processor on that motherboard.

Why get celerons if you want a fast computer? Celerons are budget line CPUs, I'm guessing that the best CPU you can get is one of the Pentium D's, as I doubt you can run Core 2 Duo on it.
