For a 500W PSU, no thats nothing fancy, barely breaking the "minimum" of 18A off the 12V rail (and more ideally 24A). 10ms is crap which is unfortunate since everything else looks decent ... look for 16msHold-up Time: > 10ms at Full Load and nominal input voltage
24pin PSUs can be fitted to be used on 20pin boards (99% of them come with adapters)That PSU has a 24 pin power connector for the mobo and your board might need a 20 pin. If thats the case there are several diffrent adapters on newegg.
