Need some help with an interesting project

Nice one, what software did you used?

That should be done with the final version when it's finished, not now when it's still under construction :D.

Just one problem I see in the installer: bad default path. It should put it in the root drive, because if it is put in Program Files some links may broke. I'll try to make that to work with any path using relative paths, but i'm not sure that it will work.

I used Inno Setup 5. It's a good free compiler, and I didnt see any copyrights there so far...
 
Huh... I'm too bored to do the damn icons left now. My head is full with pi's and triangles.
I think I won't be "awake" till the next weekend... :(
 
UPDATE

Build 4 is now available for download. Link: http://rapidshare.com/files/147650081/CTA_8_OS_B04.rar.html
It has new features and fixes, some major updates:
  • Media Player exists, but can't be used yet :D
  • The Stills folder on D: drive is now filled
  • Alex's name is now in the credits :D
  • (New) icons
  • This one you may not like it, but an "Under Construction" banner can be seen in some places.
These are just some of the many new updates existing.

oops. that link is not good. At least it doesnt work for me.
Wen I click free user I get an error. :(
 
On mine it works. It says "Still <number> seconds" and then after the timer is at 0 the Download button becomes available and it works.

I don't need to. I can do that from PowerPoint without any kind of controls. Of course, no volume control, nothing except the 3 buttons (Play/Pause/Stop) and a unmovable slider.
 
Hmmm... I tried it... and it looks very slow to me. Of course, it's PowerPoint but if you could lower that loading screens timeouts it would be very nice. I'll also come with a new installer for this build.
EDIT: Here's the installer; it works OK for me up to the moment but it needs an EULA. :P
