A month or so ago, I decided to build my own computer on newegg. I set out to buy the parts, put it together, and enjoy my new desktop. After setting it all up and turning it on, nothing happens. It does not go into BIOS or anything. I've tried using multiple monitors but nothing happens. I really need help because I have no way to debug this process.
I'm not really a hardware person when it comes to computers. However, software is where I shine. The reason why it has taken me this long to seek help is that I have been really busy with school getting a Bachelor's in Computer Science.
If anyone can identify exactly what the problem is that would be awesome. If it matters I also am using another hard drive from a crashed computer as well as one I got from and a completely new one I got from a friend that ordered a bunch to sell cheap. I don't really have the models available because the crashed computer was premade and bought at a store and the second I would have to look inside the computer to see its model which I can't do atm.
Here's my list from newegg on the parts I got:
