Is £600 your overall budget? If so, i wouldnt pump nearly 1/4th the money into that motherboard.

Stick with a good air cooler, those coolit self contained liquid coolers are rubbish.

That power supply looks like a piece of garbage just looking at the specs, can't find any reviews to see who makes the internals on it.

You have a 3x1gb Memory kit picked out....AMD processors use dual channel memory, so you would want a 2x2gb configuration, those triple channel kits are for intel 1366 processors. Also, OCZ makes pretty poor DDR3 memory.

Ill be honest i have no money at the moment but when i do i only want to spend about 650 excluding graphics card, what about the ram now? and could you recommend a PSU of similar price? (from same site) Thanks for response.

The ripjaws are good memory, one thing you may want to consider is 8 more for CL7 over CL9:

Would that heatsink cope at =< 4Ghz?
 
I think you should go with the AMD phenom II quad core or a core i5 750
and as for GPU you can go with an HD 5830
 
i dont think you need anything more than a phenom II or core i5 750 for gaming and it will save you some money

I am a strong user of 3ds max, sonyvegas and photoshop also, and having 6 cores will improve render times right?

For gaming the i5 750 and the phenom II x4 are better you dont need to buy the phenom II x4 965 or 955 you can overclock a 945 and save some money also
but for 3d rendering applications the 6 core would be better but since you want a gaming PC then go with the i5 750 or the phenom II x4

Hmm its still really expensive, now ive added it up correctly its £630 =| lol is there anyway i can make it even cheaper at same performance.
