Looks nice, love the board and the processor but don't cheap out on that RAM!

Go with a Corsair 3 x 2gb Package of Triple Channel for best bang for your buck!

Also, I'd personally go for a Western Digital 1TB Caviar Green w/ 64mb Cache - they all have a 3 year warranty, and are IMO the best for their money (i'd take it over samsung anyday)
