New Hot Rod

The most PCI Express Lanes is 40, supported by the i7 5930K and 5960X, that is the most that can be supported, anything less than three way 290x2 or titan Zs just wont work

yea, so 3 cards would be 16,16,8. Those dual gpu cards can use all 16 lanes and thus the 3rd would be limited.

These bench marks are killing me. One site says the titan is faster, the other says th 295x2 is. What to belive.

the r9 295x2 is for sure faster, not a massive amount but considering you can get 2 of them for the same price as a single Titan Z its well worth it.

WHY would you run multiple games at once? It seems like such a waste.. But hey.. It's not my build

Well if you ever play flight sim, take off landing is the part that needs attention. On a long flight you dont need to activly play the game while at cruising altitude. So On one monitor i might be monitoring the flight while i actively play another game on the other 2 monitors....or play on one while a move is on one. I liek to multi task. Also i norm leave business apps open so i can switch to them quickly if a driver calls.
