New motherboard, still "no input"

Somehow doubt it's the CPU, other board just blew a cap after a few years. Not to mention as many people that have this same problem with this mobo, I tend to think it's something with the motherboard.

It wasn't posting, neither was my old one, but the old one was due to the cap blowing.

This one posts but wont stay powered on. Try another PSU and it stays on but doesn't post.

When you swapped the boards did you have the standoffs in all the right places?

Got it working, was just a combo of not enough thermal compound and the cpu fan wasn't on tight enough.
