No audio using Chrome

I have full audio from recorded music on my computer and on the internet using Microsoft Edge. However, when I try to listen to YouTube or Amazon music on Chrome I get video, but no sound. I allowed sound for all sites in Chrome settings. This just happened today. I have reloaded Chrome once. Thanks to all who help.
 
Unless someone else does before I get home, I can post some screen shots of what to look at. Assuming windows 10?

Okay, I went to "App volume and device preferences" but everything was set to 100%. I clicked on "Reset to the Microsoft recommended defaults" and now everything is good. I dont know how or why this happened in the first place. Clicking on the Microsoft default button has done the trick. Thanks to all.
