royalmarine New Member Mar 11, 2008 #24 my 8800gt idles at 45oC and 75 on load. but i replaced the stock fan with a dual zalman fan and temps are now 32oC idle and 62 max on load with cs and crysis.

It's still priority to keep it 80*c or less, as artifacting and general funkiness will be present well below critical temps.
