Please help me..About formatting a pc.!

Can the person who formats my pc find all my browsing history WHILE he does the format? I know that after the format he wont be able to but what about while he formats it? Does the browsing history show up on the screen?

No it doesn't. He would have to be specifically looking for it. If you're worried about it CCleaner is a good tool for clearing that sort of information, but it can be done pretty easily manually through the browser's settings.

Technically speaking, your browser history would still be recoverable AFTER a format. The only way to really get rid of data on a drive is to use something like Darik's Boot and Nuke to wipe the drive clean.

Can someone who formats pc see the browsing history while he formats the pc?

depends on how he formats. the formatting process is totally unconnected to the checking your history process
If he has the ability to start your machine and log on then yeah he probably can (assuming you don't have different user access level)

Basically, if the person can or did log onto your pc, then yes, it's possible for them to go to browsing history thats been cashed and view it, before the format. But it has to be navigated to. It doesn't just "show up" during format.

My pc was infected with viruses and it crushed and shutted down and now it cant open..The matter is that l am gonna give it to my cousin to format it..Can he see my browsing history(the sites l had visited in the internet) DURING the format..Like while he is in front of the screen and formats my pc?Is it possible for files or the likes to show up on the screen nd show m browsing history DURING the format?!

You already asked this and we all said no, as long as he doesn't specifically go looking for it. It is really easy to clear your browsing history, also.
