Doesn't give a list of outputs.
Then take it back and have them look at it. Could be a few different things.

    Power supply not powerful enough
    Bad video card
    Bad drivers.
    Bad motherboard

Its definitely a video issue though.

I doubt reinstalling windows will do anything.

Could it perhaps be temperature issue? my temp goes 82-83 while gaming. Also my ram is single channel so that might be causing the issue?

Is 80 degrees celsius or Fahrenheit? If celcius, then yeah it overheating since max temp is about 70 degrees Celsuis. Does the fan on the card spin? If not, you have a bad video card.

Your card is overheating for some reason. Thats way too hot.

    Its 35 on idle
so how do i lower its heat? also another theory i have is that my gpu turns way too hot so in order to protect the card from damage my pc shuts down.

I doubt even installing an intake and exhaust fan on your case would help to lower the temps the way they should be. What case do you have?

It supposedly comes with a 120mm front fan but try getting a 120mm rear fan and install it and see what that brings your temps down to. If you aren't tech savy, I would suggest you get someone to help you fix this issue. Your video card may be damaged beyond the point of anything right now. How long has it been doing this?

I couldn't find an official max temperature rating from AMD for that card. You sure it's overheating? My 970 runs at 80 degrees Celsius and AMD cards generally tend to run hotter based on benchmarks that I've seen.

41 degrees for the 9400F is quite low, so ambient temperature may not be too bad.

That still don't tell me how long its been doing this? You should have had this checked out as soon as it started happening. Since Paladins doesn't require a lot of gpu power, you can assume you have a bad card. Take it back to whoever built it and have them figure out whats wrong.
