Please tell me what you think is all this compatible? Is the memory good?

Am I missing anything? How about a heat sink for CPU?

Will this be a good machine for 3D games?

"Please hurry I am itching to buy and build!"

Other than the RAM and the PSU, your build looks great :) (Do you want a DVD Burner? You just have a DVD-Rom drive)

The RAM you picked has Cas 5, where the best would be Cas 4. So, either of these would be much better:

or this set, which is out of stock right now (it basically just has better cooling, that's all):

As far as PSUs go, you can't beat a PC Power & Cooling:

What does the 2ms mean and the ratio like 700:1? How do you tell if one has fast refresh for gamming, what do I really want to look for? I don't necessarily need built in speakers, I will be wearing headphones most of the time.

Almast have everything. Wooot!

2ms is the Response Time. 700:1 is the contrast ratio. Compare other 19" on newegg.com
For 40 bucks more you could get a Samsung 19" with a 2000:1 Contrast Ratio, and it's advertised for hard-core gamers.

The lower the response number seen the better. A 12-16ms model has a sssllooowww response time. For a gamer a good model below 8ms like 5ms, 4ms, and the best seen at 2ms is what to look for. Some brand like Samsung is what you would find in a retail chain like Walmart. When looking over Samsung tvs and other devices they looked "cheap" in comparison to a good make like Viewsonic. Even with speakers you simply don't plug it in just put a tie strap on the audio cord to keep it out of the way.

NEC is a top brand that comes along with the top price unfortunately. Newegg has a few with 5ms and 4ms response times seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...7&Subcategory=20&description=&Ntk=&srchInDesc=

For under $300 the best model seen ironically is the NEC model at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824002146
