Please Help...

I want to overclock my processor,but I'm not sure I can do that,so I want to ask you something.

My processor is AMD Sempron LE-1100 1.9GHz.

Questions:

1.How much GHz I can get from overcloking on this CPU ?
2.Can I overclock my CPU anyway ?

Please answer.If I can't,tell me what processor I should buy.

Specifications:

2GB Ram,
Nvidia GeForce 210 [I'll buy new ATI GPU],
AMD Sempron LE-1100 1.9GHz,
200GB Hard Disk.

What motherboard do you have? Need to know that to see what processor you could upgrade to.
 
Well the problem you have is that your cpu is an AM2 socket which the only way to upgrade cpu is to buy used. The sempron is only a single core processor so thats why it so slow and you would be wasting your time in overclocking it. You are basically gonna need a new system. But if you can find say a Phenom II 965 on ebay or something then you could do that. But definitely post back with what motherboard you have so we can verify.
 
You're pretty much at new system territory as it is. All of the components listed need an upgrade.

Depending on the board you might be able to find a 5000+ or something similar for $10-15, same with some more RAM or GPU.

Is there a budget you have to work with? I'm assuming it's pretty small.
 
Try looking on ebay or similar for one of the cpu's circled in red in the following image. You would also have to update the bios to version F9 before swapping cpu's out.

Good choices of processors.I visited one online shop and I saw Gigabyte Motherboard with AMD Atholn 64 2.3GHz.I can buy that,right ?
