Please recommend me a PSU?

I think your alittle bit confused, plus I,ve owned 2 of thoes P/S.

The PCP&C is an enclosed box with grills, and the only fan is the one at the back. It pulls air out the PSU only.

Whereas a normal PSU takes air from th case, and blows it out the back. Thats what I mean

Why are you telling (me) what it is? Plus your theory of how the fans work is all wrong. Explain to me where you think the P/S get the air inside of it to blow out the back (from inside the case). It doesnt matter if the fan is in the back - inside rear or inside bottom of the P/S. They all pull or push air from inside the case out the back.

Where most PSU have a 120mm fan blowing air from in the case, through the unit, out the back, the PCP&C has just a rear 80mm fan, blowing air out of the PSU. The air that comes through it from inside the case, is very minimal. Just cause there is negative pressure in the PSU, air get sucked in through those grills shown above.

Thats what I mean by passive (okay, maybe passive wasnt the right choice of word)
