Prime95 rounding error

So i decided to run 1525 FSB with some voltage increase

"FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4.
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file"

I have heard that this is a RAM error? I am only running 850mhz. stock volts.

CPU on the other hand, pencil modded. Running @ 4Ghz with new cooler. idle voltage is 1.45-1.46 (set to 1.4375v in bios) and load (prime95) is 1.39v

Temps appear okay, 37c idle on both cores and 60c full load with prime95.

What should i do? Set RAM speed back to stock 800mhz or up the RAM volts? what about CPU volts?

running 5-5-5-18-2T (stock)

I upped the memoru and cpu volts one notch up, seems to work fine now. maybe i need more northbridge voltage?
