Did that, and PNY got thousands of reviews averaging 4.7/5 stars but I've read in multiple tech forums that they are garbage. I'm looking for a good quality one w good design and high speed.

So PNY is as good as Sandisk?
Just found out I have 2.0 USB ports on my desktop. What is the best/fastest drive I can get for that? Would it be the Sandisk Extreme?
Anything rated 30MB/sec or over really, that's when you're hitting the bus limit of 2.0 on transfers.
Damn, that's way slower than 3.0. Is it possible to upgrade my USB ports of is it possible a 10 year old Dell could have 3.0 if it was top of the line?

Nice, thx. Is that the best brand/model, and will the transfer speeds be the same with the Sandisk Extreme as they would with a newer comp w stock 3.0 ports?
Also, is it difficult to install and do they make an external one?

Plug and play into a PCI Express slot. Just need to install a driver after that most likely.
