Sorry? I originally thought this was a spam post..You took offense to me calling your PSU garbage?? Well then im sorry.
But, nearly a month ago I asked you to state what PSU you have and only now you say that this is the second one that appears to be at fault. You're wasting peoples time if you don't get the basics right, and you're kidding yourself if you don't think that PSU is garbage.
