rundll32

some file named rundll32 keeps appearing on the ctrl alt and tab list, it slows my pc down BIG time and I Spybot SnD doesn't find nothing.. wtf is it?

RUNDLL32 is apart of MS no doubt but the stuff RUNDLL32 is firing up is not neccesarily part of MS ... odds are, in most cases, you can kill the task at will (especially if its there for no reason)
