Praetor Administrator Staff member Aug 12, 2004 #3 RUNDLL32 is apart of MS no doubt but the stuff RUNDLL32 is firing up is not neccesarily part of MS ... odds are, in most cases, you can kill the task at will (especially if its there for no reason)
