I've been told 2080 is a bad graphic in terms of lifespan which graphic card should I buy? At the moment i have geforce 1070 which does not serve me very well.

Price to performance wise it is not a good GPU, however it is a powerful GPU nonetheless and has ray tracing tech. If you don't care about ray tracing, get a 1080ti.

What's your actual performance expectation and what issues are you having? 1070 still plays most titles at high detail and framerate so you may be having some other issue.

    CPU overheating?

    What exactly does this mean?

Definitely sounds like you have other issues that need tshoot.

Could be a variety of things. Is the GPU getting enough power? PSU may not be pushing out enough juice.

Ok, scratch that idea. 650w is enough.

Sounds like a software problem, not a hardware one.
