With T-Mobile, yes. This is what I get at home:

Verizon: LTE
AT&T: LTE
T-Mobile: GPRS:
Sprint: Roaming
US Cellular: LTE

Update - just run the BT Wholesale Test which is more accurate than SpeedTest for those in the UK on BT. Here you go.
