So whos camping out for Halo 3?

Wow, finally a halo3 thread! I need to make one also, Ill do it tomorrow.

I pre-ordered my copy. Unfortunately, its a school night so I wont be staying up will midnight to get it. I will however, be getting it the instant school lets out :D!

To whom say its too expensive, 60 dollars is reasonable for the greatest game EVER!!

How can it be too expensive when virtually every game costs the same, lol? I'm still thinking about weither I want to go to the midnight release or just go early in the morning. Kobaj, whats your gamertag?
 
When Crysis comes on Nov. 16, the game store near me who kicks Gamestop's arse is having the midnight sale, my bud works there and I am first to get a copy :D Or I could drop by at 6am before I go to work or class....
 
I'm just going to lay it out there, I got the Halo 3 Beta and I still found myself playing Halo 2. That is why I am not getting my lazy ass up to get it, I want to see some reviews of the single player first. Then see how they have updated the online play sine the beta.
 
I was told to go to the GameStop tomorrow *Monday* at 9pm for pizza and to make sure my reserve is still valid.

I might show up around 10 or so.

I'll be staying there until I get my copy, so, around midnight.


And, I tend to play it till I fall asleep.
 
do you think that I will be able to get a copy if I just show up during the day, I feel like there will be enough, I haven't seen a game "sell out" when its so big since GTA vice city...
 
I got a reserve copy, and even if I had the energy to stay up that late to get it, I couldn't stay up much later to play it anyway, holy crap! I just realized I don't work that day!!! Yeah, buddy!

Halo 3 went gold or something for being the most reserved game.



You might be able to get a copy though.
 
I could really care less about Halo. I never understood the hype. You kill some aliens, wee, so original. OR multiplayer which is just about the same as any other online fps.

tough, the difference I feel when playing halo, compared to a lot of other fps's is, halo doesnt give me the 'can we get over it now" feeling after playing it a while. I mean, halo and halo 2 entertained me longer than any other fps, and for me, thats worth something :)
luckily, tastes differ, else life would become really boring ^_^
 
I am looking forward to playing it on a snowy or rainy day. Lol.


Also, a few weeks after the launch, I am planning a Halo 3 LAN.


Anyone staying up all night tomorrow?
