What are the high end features your speaking of?
For one, the screen is an IPS model, which has very good color reproduction(if you set it right) and depth, and the best viewing angles you can get on an LCD. However, most people won't really notice the difference between that and a good LCD. There's other smaller things too, but that's the biggest one.
A PC should have a longer useful lifespan than a mac, since they allow for upgrades to all of the components that determine performance. You just have to maintain the software properly. Both of them will last a while though.Well not really that I have the money to throw around I just want a quality I can keep for a few years and not have many problems with. If I can get a better PC for the money I might be open to that as well...?
If you can determine how much you're wanting to spend, we can help you determine the best computer for the price.
