I have vista already installed (With data on it) and am following this guide:

I followed the guide...first of all making a new partition, which looks like ths:
Then I booted from the Ubuntu disk, and followed through all the steps. On the final step, where I had the option to install, it gave a summary of the installation options, and said:
But basicaly I don't want to lose any data on the existing vista partition, so I want to be sure that the partition it installs to is the one I made. How can I be sure?
(I selected "Guided - use the largest continuous free space" for the install option as the guide suggested, but I'd like a second opinion.)

WARNING: This will destroy all data on any partitions you have removed as well as on the partitions that are going to be formatted.
The partition tables of the following devices are changed:
SCSI1 (0,0,0) (sda)
The following partitions are going to be formatted:
partition #5 of SCSI1 (0,0,0) (sda) as ext 3
partition #6 of SCSI1 (0,0,0) (sda) as swap
