If that's what you want to do yes.
You need an ISO file to reinstall windows. You can download the latest version of 10 by going here and use the media creation tool.
You don't even need a new key since you are reinstalling on the same machine. It will auto activate after the install when at your desktop providing you have internet access. You must install the same version of 10 that is on it now though.
