Upgrading My Current Build

I am just wondering I am possibly looking to upgrade my current build. Currently I absolutely love it I am just wondering if there is anything bottlenecking my system or anything you would upgrade. I just want to make it so its all at the same level.

Case - Antec 900
Processor - Amd phenom 940 @ 3.0ghz
Motherboard - k9A2 platinum MSI
Video Card - 4870 512mb visiontek
Memory - 4gb 1066mhz mushkin 5-5-5-15 <- i think i just checked it
Hard drive - 640gb western digital and a 500gb wd
Power Supply - Bfg 650 watt

Playing cod 5 waw/etc..

If anything bottlenecks it'll be your cpu, but only in heavy single threaded games...which are almost nonexistent now. Most are at least dual-threaded. You're good for now.

HDD: Get 500GB
Motherboard: change to something better and more reliable
CPU: Change you CPU depending on new mobo socket and specs.
GPU: Get either another HD4870 or buy HD5870.
RAM: should be fine, you might change to something better though. Dual-channel will be better

I think the only bottleneck you are maybe hitting is your video card. But you have a great video card.

Your processor, and RAM are good. MSI makes good quality motherboards.

the ram is good, 4gb is plenty. you might notice a 1-3fps increase with more ram, but its not worth it. i would sell your current 4870 and get a 5870, instead of crossfire. there are still quite a few games that dont like to scale well with crossfire, so the performance jump is sometimes very small.

Ah thanks was just looking at that cant see too much perfomance upgrade with crossfire or sli but when you move up in video cards the jump is high benchmark wise. Thanks for the reply's.

Isn't the 512MB on the GPU a problem? Problem as in with regards to the overall build.
