Using Playstation 2 wheel on computer

Is it possible? I have a PS2 wheel sitting around and have no PS2 so instead of selling I thought i'd see what I can do with it...

No they are the Playstation 2 plug which is about 3 times the length of USB

I've seen some PS2 to USB converters that also say they work with steering wheels on ebay.

Not all do. I've seen some that just had the PS2 controller plug. But as I said in another post, my Formula Force GP works fine on my computer and PS2. They are probably all the same

So you used your Playstation 2 plug in your computer? Where is this slot?

My Steering Wheel was made for the PC and just happens to work on the PS2 as well.

through usb. Look at your playstation, theres a couple usb ports on the front.

You can get gamepads (ps2) to work on the computer, I'd imaging you "might" get the steering wheel to work also.

I'd Google search for the definite answer (if you do not find it here). It never hurts to buy a converter (if found cheap enough) and test it out.
