New Video Card help....
I'm getting a new video card either today or tomorow. I've had three in mind, but im not sure which one outperforms the others, or would work the best with my set-up and uses.
The 3 cards are:
(all are made by ATI)
-Radeon X700 Pro Video Card, PCI Express, 256MB GDDR3 ($200)
-All-In-Wonder X600Pro Video Card, PCI Express, 256MB DDR($250)
-All-In-Wonder 9800 Pro Video Card, 8x AGP, 128MB($300)
I like the AIW features but the x700 also has an S-video out, and thats what I'm running right now. So the TV out feature is basically all I need, except the a/v input-Svideo input box on the AIW. I use my computer for video editing, gaming (like counter-strike), as my rooms multi media center(dvd, cd...)
I have some questions about the PCI cards too. Being PCI instead of AGP does that decrease the clock speed at all? and do you have to have a mobo that reads PCI Express 16x?
