I asked a while ago about having IE open specifically on designated monitors for certain applications and never found an answer, so I found another program that would run my Security Cameras outside of IE.
Only now the new program only opens in the first monitor and I have to manually move it each time. The program doesn’t have any advanced options and I’m using Vista. I looked in to the Shortcut properties to see if there was something in it to set the monitor, but nothing that i could see.
I know that IE will automatically load in the last monitor where it was closed so I’m thinking that maybe there is something I can set in the Registry to make that happen for another program.
Anybody know if maybe there might be an attribute or setting in the Registry that would force it to open on the second monitor?
