For your graphics card? Well if it didn't come with a cooling fan on it then you should just buy a good quality fan for it.
What x1900xtx doesn't come with a fan. The artic cooler is a good choice, but if your not having temp issues don't worry about it.

Yeah I have a Geforce 5200 with just a heatsink, and the temps are fine.
Well ya since it doesn't put out much heat, normally stock cooling is just fine for gpus and cpus unless you decide to oc which creates more heat.

Usually GPUS are fine with stock cooling. I'm not really sure how well some CPUS handle certain stock coolings, but GPUS should be fine.

True, but the stock dual slot ATi cooler is mentally lound... get a Zalman or an AC HF, and you'll be happy.

simply buy a fan for it...they are very inexpensive, and far from hard to install.
Simply play around with it to find a good way to cool it off, and make sure it dosnt really interfear with tyhe air flow...

Wont be able to put the NVSilencer on the ATi card.

A GFX5200 and X1900XTX are a dozen orders of magnitude apart in every manner.

Hehe, that means your speakers arent loud enough :P

A slightly over simplified answer hehe ;)

Here's an option to consider too

?? yes you can.
Can you provide me a link that says I can plug an NVSilencer5 R3 onto my X1900XT? (the reason i bolded NV was because NV is for nVidia, Arctic Cooling labels ATi compatible ones as ATI Silencer)
