what game to buy

what game should i get, i need a new one with decent graphics and i'd like it to have some excellent surround sound too.
 
if you like fps

first person shooters i would go with battlefield 2 or battlefield 2142 i have battlefield 2 tho great game if you like wargames and stuff with vehicles or bioshock which i dont have but i would recommend it or team fortress 2 just get the orange box and your get a few good games
 
I would get Team Fortress 2 right now. It's at a great price and the value of the orange box is simply awesome! The surround in Team Fortress 2 is better than other games I have thought, although my speakers aren't positioned ideally.

Call of Duty 4 is pretty good too. Although I feel the need for better support...

Well TF2 was free this weekend and im definately gonna get orange box, it was awesome.

CSS is fun. I used to like bf2 but havent played it in a year or so
 
I suggest buying the steam mega pack, its like 100$ but it has a ton of games =D

(This weekend thats what I'm doing)
 
i think TF2 is better than COD4. if you were back in the day with original CS you would find CS:S and COD4 lacking after a few hours of play. COD4 is getting lame because there are like 5 maps and that's it to play on. TF2 has that problem but the strategy in that game is far more outreaching than in COD4.

i bought COD4 around the same time as TF2 and it's been ~4 months of owning and i've only played COD4 for about 9 hours (you can see your cumulative play time in the console). in my opinion COD4 gets a lot more hype than it should, but also most people who are hyping about it never played the original Counter Strike which was quite possibly the greatest first-person shooter multiplayer game ever made.

After playing TF2 some I cant agree with that. I have played CSS 1.3, 1.6 CZ and source, they are the same game the difference being that source has the nicest graphics.

COD4 is awesome because all of the challenges and levels and Gun accessories are enticing on top of a fantastic game with good graphics and game play. I don't see any faults to it, it is an all around good game.

I Agree!! COD4 graphics are crazy just like Crysis!!
